You re invited to join Louise and Mel for a potent one day immersion (with support either side of the retreat) to step you firmly into your Purpose, your Truth and your Potential.
This retreat experience
In this retreat we are co creating a sacred space to realign and re energize and clarify. Together we will be exploring:
What do you need to do to remember why you came here, to pull you back into your purpose for actually being here on earth during this intense time?
What are you going to own?
What are you going to bring forward?
What are you going to shed?
Where are you aligned with your values, and where have you forgotten them?
What Birthing the New Transformational Journey is about:
- It is embracing the unknown and finding the courage to create from the heart and find our feet in shifting times.

- Of holding each other through the process of this birth so rather than running on survival energy and fear, you are empowering yourself and each other and actually harnessing that energy and using it to birth a new creation into the world.

- Of shedding all the stuff that s built up over the years, having space to really process that, to let go of it, and see through it.

- Recognize you don t have to hold on to the old ways.

- You actually get to choose what thought forms, what patterns, what belief systems you run, and you get to recreate new ones. Reframe the old ones.

Birthing the New Transformational Journey:
Part 1: Re-set
- We will be gathering online on Wednesday the 27th April 7-8pm to come into communion and to create the sacred energetic container to begin our journey.

- In this sacred space we will be creating an altar of our core values, as a guiding light to illuminate your way forward
-
- This session is for setting a sacred container and introductions, to allow you to re-set your compass and pay attention to and re-set, the what you are paying attention to .
-
- There will be introductions and an opening to yourself, each other and a familiarisation of Mel and I as your facilitators for this journey.

Louise and Mel are a symbiotic fit for transformation. Their combined knowledge, wisdom, energy are a loving and caring presence for the lost soul.

Part 2: Re-energise
- On Sunday 1st May under the New Moon, we will gather at the powerful space that is La Tierra, for a sacred cacao ceremony.

- Here together we will connect with the spirit of mama Cacao, and dance, shake and shed our spirit of the shackles of the old, and to open our hearts to the joy of new creation.

- This will be followed by a guided sound journey, to remember our divine purpose for why we came here during this crazy time. We will connect deep into the womb of the earth and uncover our unique gifts that we are to birth into the world. There will be time for journaling, and sharing our experience.

- After a nourishing hot lunch we will sit in sacred circle and share our insights from the journey so far.

- A powerful space will be created and held for you to courageously question what is holding you back from self actualising and sharing your gifts.

- You will be facilitated to gently challenge any old stuck patterns, to clarify & connect to your purpose, and mature your vision.

- You will create a powerful intention, a clear knowing of what is that you are birthing into the world. Who are you becoming, what do you want to feel, how do you want to be remembered as ancestors?

- A restorative yin yoga class will allow you to land softly into your body and to integrate the day s lessons and with peace and harmony.

- This will be followed by a delicious afternoon tea to uplift and re-energise you.

- Then you will harness the power of your subconscious by Creating a Sigal and sacred object for the final fire – a sacred symbol of your vision of the New way which you are birthing, encompassing your unique gifts and purpose.

- Then we then close our circle around a sacred fire, solidifying our vessel, crystalizing our vision and sending our collective intentions into the heavens with song.

- This session is all about you Integrating & Actioning your vision and purpose and offering your gifts out in the world in a way that is truly aligned for you.

- We will be gathering online on Monday May 9th 7-8pm to reactivate our sacred energetic container to end your journey.

- You will be held lovingly accountable for agreed changes and actions that you pledged in circle at the ending of our immersive one day experience.
